# 账单收款

> 通过邮件、PDF 和托管账单页创建并交付稳定币账单。

Invoicing 是 StablePay 面向商家创建的一次性客户账单产品。它适合 B2B 收款、服务费、批发订单、客户经理维护销售和人工账单流程，帮助商家向指定客户发送正式、可支付、可追踪的账单。

商家在 Merchant Portal 中创建和管理 invoices，并通过邮件、PDF 或 hosted invoice page 交付给客户。当 invoice 为 open 或 past due 时，付款人可以在托管账单页查看账单详情并完成付款。对于已经持有 StablePay Global Account 余额的付款人，invoice checkout 现在也支持直接使用 Global Account 余额完成支付。

## 适用场景

当付款需要绑定到指定客户和具体账单时，适合使用 Invoicing。

常见场景包括：

* B2B 或批发订单，买方需要正式 invoice。
* 专业服务、retainer 和客户经理维护的销售流程。
* 由财务或销售团队手动创建付款请求。
* 客户专属金额、到期日、备注和 line items。
* 需要 invoice 状态跟踪、提醒、PDF 和记录留存的流程。
* 付款方已持有 StablePay Global Account 余额，希望减少链上转账或连钱包步骤。

## 工作流程

1. 商家在 Merchant Portal 创建 invoice。
2. Invoice 包含客户信息、line items、金额、due date 和可选 notes。
3. 商家通过 email、PDF 或 hosted invoice page 发送或分享 invoice。
4. 付款人打开 hosted invoice page，查看账单详情，并选择合适的支付方式完成付款。
5. StablePay 根据 invoice 生命周期更新 invoice 和 payment 记录。

## Invoice 生命周期

| 状态         | 商家语义                                  |
| :--------- | :------------------------------------ |
| `draft`    | Invoice 正在准备中，尚不可支付。                  |
| `open`     | Invoice 可支付，可发送或分享给客户。                |
| `past_due` | Invoice 仍为 open，但 due date 已过且仍有未付金额。 |
| `paid`     | Invoice 已全额支付。                        |
| `void`     | Invoice 已作废，不再可支付。                    |

`past_due` 是一个派生展示状态，用于帮助商家识别逾期账单；它不改变 invoice 仍处于 open 且未付清的基本语义。

## Hosted invoice page

Hosted invoice page 是 Invoicing 的付款人入口。付款人可以在页面中查看商家信息、客户信息、line items、应付金额、due date 和付款状态，然后发起付款。

除链上转账与钱包支付外，托管账单页现在也支持 `Pay with StablePay Global Account`。如果付款人已经拥有 StablePay Global Account，并且账户中有可用余额，就可以在登录并完成必要安全校验后，直接使用余额完成 invoice 支付，无需再次发起链上转账。

| Invoice 状态 | Hosted page 行为               |
| :--------- | :--------------------------- |
| `open`     | 付款人可查看详情并支付。                 |
| `past_due` | 付款人仍可查看详情并支付，同时看到逾期上下文。      |
| `paid`     | 页面保留用于记录查看和类似 receipt 的付款确认。 |
| `void`     | 页面保留用于记录查看，但不能继续支付。          |

PDF invoice 和 receipt 行为会随 invoice 状态变化。Open、past due、paid 和 void invoice 都可能作为记录保留；receipt 更适用于付款成功之后。

## StablePay Global Account 余额支付

对于已有 StablePay Global Account 的付款人，invoice checkout 提供了一条更短的支付路径：

1. 付款人打开 hosted invoice page。
2. 选择 `Pay with StablePay Global Account`。
3. 如尚未登录，需要先登录 StablePay Global Account。
4. 完成必要的安全校验后，查看可用余额并选择可支付的账户与币种。
5. 确认支付后，系统直接从 Global Account 余额中完成扣款，并更新 invoice 状态。

这种方式特别适合已经在 StablePay 账户体系内持有余额、且需要频繁处理账单付款的客户。

## Manual invoices 与 subscription invoices

Manual invoices 由商家为一次性客户账单流程创建，属于 Invoicing 产品体验。

Subscription-generated invoices 由订阅计费生命周期创建。它们可能作为 billing records 出现在报表或 invoice 视图中，但在 Portal invoice 工作流里可能是只读的，因为其生命周期由 subscription 系统控制。

## 重要说明

* Invoicing 用于指定客户的一次性 invoice 流程，不适合公开复用支付页面。
* StablePay Global Account 余额支付目前用于 invoice checkout 场景，是否可用取决于付款人是否拥有可用的 StablePay Global Account 余额。
* 退款基于 payment 发起。Refunding a payment 不会自动改写 invoice 状态机。
* Subscription-linked invoices 可能作为 billing records 存在，但不等同于人工创建的 invoices。
* 当客户需要先查看账单再付款时，应使用 hosted invoice page 作为付款入口。
